Ordered over 18 months ago. At first they communicated well citing shipping errors, but it's clear now they were just making excuses. Never received product, never responded to refund request (or any other emails in the past 3 months, for that matter). Avoid this retailer.*EDIT* After two years, my product finally arrived. Product is great, but be prepared to wait with little to no communication from the company. Order at your own risk, I suppose.
