STEER CLEAR OF THIS SERVICE

I placed an order but never received it, and there's no way to reach them. My messages to customer support went unanswered. Better to burn your money

We waited 9 months and only got a response after threatening to file a claim against the company. Their customer support ignores any inquiries unless it involves them getting more money. When we finally received our package (given to a neighbor), it was damaged in transit. To this day, they have not responded to any of our support requests. An utterly terrible service. Do not spend your money here!

Service did not meet expectations

The service was not as advertised. I reached out for updates but received no replies. The product never arrived. I would have been willing to wait longer if they had provided updates. When I requested a refund, the goods were refunded but not the postage.

Still waiting for my order since April – no support

I placed an order back in April 2024. The payment was processed, but I never received my items. I've tried contacting support several times and opened a support ticket, but over 10 days later, there's still no reply. Their help page states my order should have been delivered long ago, but nothing has arrived. Very disappointing experience—no communication, no delivery, and no support. I'm now trying to initiate a chargeback with my bank.

Would give zero stars if possible

I would give zero stars if I could. This has been an absolute waste of time and money. A year later, I still don’t have my order. No replies to messages, nothing. I wish I had read more reviews before ordering, as I see they have done this to many others. Avoid at all costs.
