Unfortunately, I’ve had a terrible experience with Minigamers. The owner no longer seems to care about keeping customers satisfied. Customer service is practically non-existent—emails go unanswered and there’s no way to reach them by phone, because they have gotten rid of every way of contacting them other than email.Orders are not shipped, or they take weeks (sometimes months) to arrive, and when they do, they often come incomplete. The webshop has very little stock available, making it frustrating to find what you need. Even the online (Discord) community admits that Minigamers has gone downhill, with many people reporting the same issues.In my opinion, this is the worst hobby store in the Netherlands. I strongly advise against spending your time or money here. Look for alternatives—you’ll save yourself a lot of frustration.
