Second review I write, because it seems like the first one got deleted. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE ITS A SCAM. I bought for more than 300 bucks one month before Christmas, we are 6 months later, no products, no refunds, no response to my emails, if you try to contact them using their discord you are automatically flagged as someone who should use their email for those queries instead (yeah the one they dont use) They completely ghost you, but they do take the time to go through trustpilot reviews to flag them as “inappropriate” (hey person working for this scamshop reading this, do your job and start reading and at minimum answer to customer emails). I started legal actions

Ordered some warhammer mini's as a gift for Christmas in November.Eventually it became clear they would not arrive in time so wanted a refund, which the owner of the shop offered.But at this moment I still have not received my money back and the owner ghosts me.
The shop had a Black Friday discount, so I ordered three items in November. One was sold out at the manufacturer (Games Workshop, Warhammer 40k). The item was available again from Games Workshop by mid-December, and in other shops about a week after that. My order from this shop arrived only today. So from ordering to delivery it took more than two months, from availability of the last item to delivery over six weeks. I cannot recommend ordering here, especially if it is some kind of limited production run item that won't get regularly reprinted - If even mass-produced, regularly reprinted items (Drukhari Combat Patrol 10th ed in this case) take so long, you will probably never get any kind of battleforce box or kill team lauch box or anything like that from this shop, ever.
Unfortunately, I’ve had a terrible experience with Minigamers. The owner no longer seems to care about keeping customers satisfied. Customer service is practically non-existent—emails go unanswered and there’s no way to reach them by phone, because they have gotten rid of every way of contacting them other than email.Orders are not shipped, or they take weeks (sometimes months) to arrive, and when they do, they often come incomplete. The webshop has very little stock available, making it frustrating to find what you need. Even the online (Discord) community admits that Minigamers has gone downhill, with many people reporting the same issues.In my opinion, this is the worst hobby store in the Netherlands. I strongly advise against spending your time or money here. Look for alternatives—you’ll save yourself a lot of frustration.
This seems to be a pattern from the previous version of this hobbystore.Item stock listings aren't up-to-date. Been waiting for months for a back order, and there's been no reaction to any of my e-mails.I would like to receive the dice I ordered in a partial shipment (if they ever existed in the first place), and for the miniatures to refunded in a timely manner.
This company is a complete Scam, I ordered 3 products, that showed in stock on 7th July, immediately after I ordered I got an email saying they were out of stock and would be on Order. What a joke. I immediately requested a refund and cancel of the order, 2 weeks no reposes, Angela responded, told me they would cancel and refund immediately. 32 days later, nothing, this has been reported to both Payment processors, Mastercard and Visa, I have submitted a complaint to their partner Klarna for advice. Any I have reported this seller to Games Workshop directly. You should not be allowed to be in business if you are not wiling or able to provide the products and/or services you are advertising, you are bringing their name into disrepute. You should refund your customers, and this guy in the review here saying it's witch hunt, this is by far a witch hunt if multiple people are complaining of the exact same behaviour, that is honest representation of the facts.
