An item was missing from my package. While customer service did respond, they failed to resolve the issue or offer a refund. I reached out multiple times, but they continued to make excuses and asked me to wait. I last contacted them weeks ago and have received no reply. This webshop is a scam; I strongly advise against ordering from them.
