This is an incredibly frustrating place to shop. The quality of the clothing is terrible and the items look nothing like what is advertised. Additionally, you have to wait over four weeks to receive your orders. It's truly the worst experience. Their return policy only offers store credit, which I find unacceptable. I'd prefer to donate the items rather than accept store credit. I will not be shopping here again. A valuable lesson learned!

This complaint is regarding the company selling clothing. I saw their advertisement for wrinkle-free shirts and decided to purchase their 5-shirt promotion. After waiting almost 4 weeks, I received my package, but only 4 of the shirts were the correct size; the fifth was much smaller. When I contacted the company about this error, they were unhelpful and dismissed my concerns. They also claim the material is wrinkle-resistant, but it arrived creased and wrinkled. The material is misleadingly marketed as stretchy but is not. I advise finding another company.
