I ordered trousers from this company and when i received the product it was of very poor quality and the stitching was loose. The tag on the inside was in Chinese, which leads me to believe they're made in China with a cheap synthetic bland rather than 100% cotton or majority cotton blend. The material also feels cheap, thin, and weak. Their website does not specify the ratio of materials used either. When i asked support for a refund they said they only offer an in-store credit and return shipping costs would fall on me. However, for this occasion they would provide an exchange product for my dissatisfaction. When i chose a replacement product for the exchange they sent me another invoice to pay which was not advised of before.
