I never received the bike and I'm now battling to get my money back. I will never purchase anything from this company again. I had to dispute the charge with my bank just to try and recover my funds. They kept claiming that the shipping service had my order, but it seems they were misleading me because nothing was ever delivered. I tried to explain this, but they insisted I would eventually receive my bike. It was all false promises. They took $378 from me and now refuse to refund it. What a terrible company; don't trust them. Look elsewhere for your purchases.
