I never received the bike and I'm now struggling to get my money back. I would never purchase anything from this company again. I had to dispute the charge with my bank just to attempt to recover my funds. They kept insisting that the shipping service had my order, but it seems they are lying because nothing was ever delivered. I tried explaining this, but was told that I would receive my bike. It was all just false promises. They took $378 from me and now refuse to refund it. This company is a joke; I recommend finding another place to shop.

I ordered a motorcycle for my son's birthday from their website. Upon arrival, it was damaged near the chain and definitely not safe to ride. I've been trying to reach out to them, but no one answers my calls. I finally sent an email and am waiting for a response. My money is gone, and the birthday is ruined. Please avoid ordering anything from this website.
I purchased a pocket bike on 2/27/23 for a birthday gift needed by 3/18. Their website claims delivery takes about 5 days. Now, 17 days later, I still have no product. It seems the shipping service lost my package, and while I understand that these things happen, their response was inadequate. They told me to wait for the package to be traced, which I agreed to. However, they now expect me to wait another week, and the birthday is just days away. They suggested I call the shipping service myself. This is unacceptable customer service; I shouldn't have to deal with this inconvenience, especially after being charged for a product I don’t have. At the very least, they should be tracking it or sending me a replacement, but they refuse. I told them I want a refund. Bad experience, and I do not recommend them.
The tires are extremely thin and came apart at the seams. I cannot recommend this product; it's unsafe for children and should be reported. Within less than 5 hours of use, they fell apart while my 6-year-old was riding. There were no punctures, just cheap and unsafe tires. I feel they are aware of this issue. I requested a replacement tire and tube or a refund.
I have seen many negative reviews about this company, but my experience was fantastic. I ordered two dirt bikes, and my card was charged. A day later, I realized I didn't want the bikes since my kids weren't ready yet. I emailed them to explain, and they responded right away with a full refund. I am very pleased with their service and will definitely consider ordering from them in the future!
If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. Purchasing from this company feels like throwing money away. Their customer service is incredibly rude and unhelpful. I bought two pocket bikes for nearly $1000, used them once, and both are leaking and won't stay on. I was planning to buy more products from them, but after this experience, I refuse to give them my business again. I typically don’t write negative reviews, but the treatment I received from their customer service was unacceptable. This is not how customers should be treated.
Today is 03/05/21. I recently ordered a bike package and was told I needed to swap it for another because the original wouldn’t arrive for 6 weeks. I opted for the replacement package for my race. As a new customer, I'm very disappointed. The helmet they sent was used and damaged. I emailed them with pictures, and they told me to return it at my own cost for a replacement. I already spent $50 on shipping, and this was their error. They should provide a return label for their defective product. Why would I incur additional shipping costs? I highly recommend avoiding this company; I’m very disappointed after only a few days as a customer.
