"It's disappointing when a company with seemingly good products fails to stand behind them. I purchased an item that was defective within an hour of receipt. My refund request was initially rejected, and the company then deceptively asked me to change the refund reason to 'no longer wanted.' Even after complying, the refund was never issuedEven though I have it in black and white offering me my refund . Customer service has been unhelpful, offering only empty apologies. I find this company to be completely untrustworthy, and I cannot recommend them."
