I’ve been using various products from Miniso for about five to six years. Over time I’ve tried quite a few of their items, and some of them have become my personal favorites. In particular, I really like Miniso’s perfumes. Many of their fragrances are pleasant, light, and suitable for everyday use.However, in my opinion, some products feel a bit overpriced compared to their quality. There are times when the price seems higher than what the product actually delivers in terms of durability or performance.That said, Miniso has a unique and attractive range of products that often catch my attention whenever I visit their stores. The designs are usually very appealing and different from what you find in many other stores. I’ve also tried several of their makeup products, and overall they were decent and worked well for regular use.So while I do think some items are priced slightly higher than they should be, I still find the brand enjoyable because of its unique, aesthetically pleasing products and variety. Overall, my experience with Miniso hasn’t been bad, though the pricing sometimes makes me a bit selective about what I buy.
I've ordered through their site more than a week ago. The order status is "processing" since than. I didnt receive any further updates, tried to contact with no response. I guess I will have to dispute the charge directly with my bank.Do not recommend
Ordered on the 31st of May order arrived today one item damaged poorly packaged and one item not what I ordered!!! Husband wanted me to email them but after showing him the reviews already made that there is no chance of hell of me getting my items replaced I’m not going to bother damaged item thrown in the bin!!! Only purchase from the stores itself, i have shopped at the stores and thought the same excellent customer service would be the same has the website WRONG!!! GIVE THE WEBSITE A VERY WIDE BIRTH!!!!!!!!!!!There is only 1.5 stars for a reason!!!
MINISO is such a great shop . From your usual home needs to your touchy electronic gadgets.. I just recently bought a wireless headset. a (cd pattern wireless headphone) to be precise. At first, I'm a bit worried that it might not be, what I expected it to be. then luckily after almost a month of having the said item,. the sound is still quiet good . the audio is loud & clear. Power capacity also meets it's standard.... I have been using it, for almost a month, 8 hours straight . It's such a great shopping experience . satisfied buyer here
"We are sorry for the inconvenience that has occurred however we are not able to take further action unless you send us your order number via email."I ordered some earphones as a Christmas gift early December, they still haven't arrived 9th Jan. The ONLY thing they sent me was a tracking number a few days after the purchase which shows they weren't delivered. They REFUSE to offer ANY customer service for an item which didn't arrive if I don't provide an order number, an order number they NEVER sent!!
