The service regarding online orders is extremely disappointing. After placing an order and sending the bank transfer receipt, I received a rude response asking for address details, despite having provided everything beforehand. After pointing this out, they stopped responding altogether. I sent numerous messages, but they never replied or emailed me back. My order was never dispatched, and I haven't received a refund. This online ordering experience feels like a total scam.
