I bought a green boys' kurta during a recent sale. Unfortunately, two buttons were loose and ended up in the packaging bag. I promptly went to the store for an exchange, but was informed that exchanges were not permitted, and refunds were against their policy. I inquired about swapping the kurta for a different item and paying the difference, but the manager showed little interest in resolving the issue.

The service regarding online orders is extremely disappointing. After placing an order and sending the bank transfer receipt, I received a rude response asking for address details, despite having provided everything beforehand. After pointing this out, they stopped responding altogether. I sent numerous messages, but they never replied or emailed me back. My order was never dispatched, and I haven't received a refund. This online ordering experience feels like a total scam.
The brand has a very frustrating refund policy; once you purchase clothing, you're essentially stuck with it. I bought clothes from a local branch, but when I tried to exchange for a different size, it wasn't available. I ended up buying another item, expecting a refund of 2000 PKR, but was told I had to purchase something worth the same amount. I found an item for 1400 PKR, but lost 600 PKR that I couldn't recover. This feels like a scam.
This brand is really disappointing. They create clothing designs but lack the understanding of how to make them functional. My baby, who is smaller in size, outgrew clothes labeled for 6-9 months by 3 months. I also received a dress meant for 1 year and above, but my baby couldn't even fit her head through the neck. It's common sense to make neck openings wider for baby clothes to avoid discomfort. This issue seems prevalent across all their clothing lines.
