The brand has a very frustrating refund policy; once you purchase clothing, you're essentially stuck with it. I ended up buying another item, expecting a refund of 2000 PKR, but was told I had to purchase something worth the same amount. I found an item for 1400 PKR, but lost 600 PKR that I couldn't recover. This feels like a scam.
