On December 3rd, I ordered various boxing equipment for my son as a Christmas present, which he was really excited about. The dispatch time was stated as 2-3 days. By December 16th, having not received anything, I reached out to customer service. I had to email since their phone lines were closed. I was told the items would be sent out and that I would receive them soon, but as of Christmas Eve, nothing has arrived. This is unacceptable, and my son will be very disappointed on Christmas day. If they had been honest about the delay, I could have canceled my order and bought from elsewhere. This seems to be a common issue based on social media posts.
