Extremely disappointing service. Communication is very lacking. I placed an order for gloves on 19 December intended as a Christmas gift, and as of 9 January, I have yet to receive them. No one is available to answer calls. The tracking indicates it has been shipped, but the delivery service states they haven't received the item from the seller. I strongly recommend avoiding this service as there are far better options available.
Completely disappointing. I ordered a shirt for my son for Christmas on December 6th, and now it’s the 24th with no shirt! They were quick to take my payment. The order confirmation stated 2-3 days for delivery, but I haven't received any shipping confirmation. Thankfully, I paid through PayPal and got an instant refund. My son will be very disappointed, and I urge others to avoid this company as there are many reliable options available.
On December 3rd, I ordered various boxing equipment for my son as a Christmas present, which he was really excited about. The dispatch time was stated as 2-3 days. By December 16th, having not received anything, I reached out to customer service. I had to email since their phone lines were closed. I was told the items would be sent out and that I would receive them soon, but as of Christmas Eve, nothing has arrived. This is unacceptable, and my son will be very disappointed on Christmas day. If they had been honest about the delay, I could have canceled my order and bought from elsewhere. This seems to be a common issue based on social media posts.
Avoid ordering from here! My item has not arrived, and despite sending multiple emails asking about the gloves, I've received no response. I can't call them due to the holiday rush, so I will have to seek a refund through my bank since there’s no way to contact them.
I ordered a head guard, gum shield, gloves, and a t-shirt from the store on December 1st. After 8 days without any delivery notification, I reached out to the store. Their phone lines were disconnected, so I used online contact. After waiting two days for a reply, I was informed my order had shipped but without the t-shirt due to stock issues. I questioned the offered substitute, and after some back and forth, I was told the original t-shirt would be sent. Finally, on December 20th, I received my package but without the head guard and with different gloves than ordered. I've messaged them multiple times without any reply, and now my son won’t have his gift for Christmas. I understand they are a small business, but cutting off phone support was a big mistake.
Item not sent... I've received no reply to my email inquiring about my item. I'm very disappointed as this was meant to be a Christmas gift for my son. I should have researched the company beforehand, as I've seen many similar complaints. Now I have to go through my bank to get a refund.
I strongly recommend these gloves! I needed them for my son for Christmas, and the response from the company was impressively fast. My son received his gloves as promised before Christmas, and I will definitely be ordering more items in the future. Many thanks!
Whatever you do, don’t order from this website. You can place orders for out-of-stock items without being informed until you follow up. When I called customer service, the lines were closed despite being during business hours, and now they’ve completely shut down the customer service line. They eventually responded to my emails, but it took a long time. I just hope I get my refund soon.
