I ordered a head guard, gum shield, gloves, and a t-shirt from the store on December 1st. After 8 days without any delivery notification, I reached out to the store. Their phone lines were disconnected, so I used online contact. After waiting two days for a reply, I was informed my order had shipped but without the t-shirt due to stock issues. I questioned the offered substitute, and after some back and forth, I was told the original t-shirt would be sent. Finally, on December 20th, I received my package but without the head guard and with different gloves than ordered. I've messaged them multiple times without any reply, and now my son won’t have his gift for Christmas. I understand they are a small business, but cutting off phone support was a big mistake.
