LOL I have been ordering from this site for 13 years and I have never had any problem. Yes, of course, when airplanes don't fly because of COVID, you cannot get your order. (Geniuses!) Under normal circumstances, it takes approximately 2 weeks for a shipment to arrive in Europe. But my last order (spring 2020) arrived after 3 months.P.S.: Since their website doesn't allow any orders (anywhere), I tried to find out more about the current situation and it seems that it has a surprising, unpleasant denouement: The owner of the shop was arrested in May 2020 and it seems that sending packages from a US jail isn't very easy. This explains all the problems with responses (which was surprising because otherwise, he replied reliably). So, there is no other option but to find some other supplier.
