Ordered on the 8th of June, was told that 4-5 a week delay was to be expected. After waiting for 5 weeks, I emailed to enquire about my order, I have yet to hear a response from them. I’ve ordered with them before and their delivery time was very quick so I’m assuming they’ve been hit hard by COVID-19. Is there a minoxidil shortage?Unfortunately, I didn’t order through PayPal, so I don’t know how I will get a refund.
