I ordered in early June. I waited a full month before contacting them because of the 4-5 week shipping time due to covid, but I was worried because my order was still marked as “processing” as if it hadn’t even been shipped yet. They never answered my message. I got a full refund through PayPal today, but still no information as to whether my order will ever be fulfilled. The worst part in all this, other than the total lack of communication, is that I’m still getting near daily promotional emails guaranteeing express delivery.Not sure what’s going on with the company, but it feels a lot like they’ve fully stopped business and didn’t tie up a single loose end.
