£100 fine issued by this company at Teesside Retail Shopping Park!! Maximum of 4 hours only allowed for shoppers & diners! When having food combined with shopping people need more time and it is people like us that keep these shops & eating establishments open. So Congratulations Minsterbaywatch.. if you continue doing this people won’t want to go to Teesside Park. It’s the businesses that will suffer.You should consider bringing in a ticket machine for people to add time to their stay after the 4 hours if they are going to run over! Your company is an absolute disgrace but I’m sure you feel very pleased with yourselves every time you are cashing in a ridiculous amount from the Retail Park’s customers! Restrictions shouldn’t be allowed at all from Monday to Thursday (except during holiday periods), we should be allowed to stay there all day if customers need to, yes it does get busy but… on those days there are lots of parking spaces available at every time of the day! So where is the common sense here? Absolutely doesn’t make sense. My rant is over and I know I speak the same words as hundreds of customers visiting the park.
