This company appears to be more interested in making money by fining motorists than by providing a parking service. Having parked for a dental appointment with my disabled wife, I found the ticket machine was out of action, covered and taped. Despite a search there was no indication of an alterative means of payment. The dental staff informed me that I would not be alone in receiving a fine, unless I could pay by phone (which I did not have with me). How long is a company allowed to operate a car park with a broken ticket machine, no indication of payment alternatives and a stesdy income from fines?
