Terrible company. Attended York College as a volunteer for students to practice on. I was unaware you had to register your vehicle as I was uninformed on arrival. Two weeks later, I Received a parking notice fining me £60 or £30 if I pay within 14 days. I submitted my appointment card with said date and time of appointment as evidence to prove I was at the appointment and not just parking there for free. And they have rejected my appeal and offered that I can pay £20 as a goodwill gesture. Or if I take it the ombudsman as an appeal and it gets rejected again I will have to pay the full £60.
