This company rob the elderly, charging a fine for a elderly disabled lady parking over the parking lines so that she could get in and out of her car - she had to do this as there was no disabled spaces and she needed to pick her prescription up. They refused an appeal despite having the situation and circumstances explained to them, then POPLA (who are just as bad) refused the appeal as they said the appeal code was invalid (the code Minster gave us) This lady has paid £155 now after receiving further threatening letters and has left herself and her grandchildren short (she is the carer for two teenage grandchildren). This is so wrong but this company does not care as long as they rake the money in.Should be ashamed!
