Zero would be more appropriate. Had a lovely day out in teeside meeting up with my daughter and her partner shopping for holiday clothes and kitchen utensils. Afterwards we had a bite to eat in Nandos before heading off home to Sheffield. Never saw a parking sign and thought it was the same principle as Meadowhall free parking no limit. A few days after our return slapped with a hundred pounds fine for overstaying in the car park. We were literally there 5 hours which isn’t really enough time to peruse all the shops as there were some we didn’t go in. Spent a fortune nevertheless so with the fine on top it pushed us over the edge. Will not be going to Teeside retail park ever again and neither will my family or their partners. Lovely day out ruined but not going to appeal as looking at these reviews it wouldn’t be worth it. Rang the Centre management and was told they would pass the information on but I doubt it .
