Booked service which was then cancelled for a week due to ordered parts. That service call was cancelled due to staff sickness. Original cancellation was with an abrupt female, second with a friendly sounding man. Enigineer arrive, machine fixed although there is still an issue. Part ordered, but importantly the machine is working
