Ordered something at the beginning of the month. After two weeks I emailed for an update as the order was a gift and just wondered when I could expect it to be shipped. I noticed right away they use bots as customer service representatives as the response is within seconds to a couple of minutes. Anyhoo I kept being promised it is packed and ready to go and if I didn’t receive a shipping notification by tomorrow to reach back out. This conversation continued this way for a while. Finally, I asked for a return and was denied. They said since it’s personalized jewelry they could only offer a gift card. It seems like some people have good experiences but if you’re not one of those people you just get scammed. Working on disputing this with my credit card company. I’d avoid this company.
