Ordered something at the beginning of the month. After two weeks I emailed for an update as the order was a gift and just wondered when I could expect it to be shipped. I noticed right away they use bots as customer service representatives as the response is within seconds to a couple of minutes. Anyhoo I kept being promised it is packed and ready to go and if I didn’t receive a shipping notification by tomorrow to reach back out. This conversation continued this way for a while. Finally, I asked for a return and was denied. They said since it’s personalized jewelry they could only offer a gift card. It seems like some people have good experiences but if you’re not one of those people you just get scammed. Working on disputing this with my credit card company. I’d avoid this company.

Customer service was fast.....too fast so I fear it may be AI just responding quickly. The ring itself is beautiful. However, it tarnished within two weeks of wear. After I waited over 5 weeks to even get the product. I'm disappointed in the overall experience and do not think I will shop here again. Which is frustrating with all the waiting I did just to have the ring tarnish so fast and now having to wear it sparingly.

After wearing mine a few times to discover the gold”color” coming off, and 2 pieces actually breaking I reached out to who I gifted them to and they all had similar experiences. When purchasing shipping and customer service was slow and pieces arrived damaged that they replaced. Not a big fan of the quality.

Absolutely terrible. They are quick to respond until you ask for a refund and offer to send back their stuff. My jewelry tarnished within 3 days. I have been messaging them since December 2025 and the minute I ask for a refund I get ghosted. I gave them the opportunity to fix things. And unfortunately the replacements did the exact same thing within 3 days. Sincerely an exhausted mom that just wants her money back...

I ordered a few months ago, the order was lost by Can Post. They did replace that bracelet but it too was lost in shipping by dragonfly. This time Mint&Lily did not give me my money back nor did they replace the order. They have ghosted me on my emails with them. They should have insurance from the shippers for replacement value, at least that's what I was told by dragonfly; and I am out $100 and no bracelet :(

Cheap and not worth the money! I bought 4 "Mother of Pearl Initial Heart Charm Bracelets". I wore mine for 1 day and the initial charm came open and fell off, the heart charm broke off. The other 3 were gifts for my adult daughters and within a few hours a charm had fallen off. I went to my order conf email to request to return one or more of them. No link to click for returns, just a customer service email. After 4 days I have not received a reply.

I have NEVER encountered better customer service!!! 🙌🏻✨ I had one item from an order break (the clasp on a bracelet), so a replacement bracelet was PROMPTLY sent. More recently, I was having difficulties placing an order (using discount codes, and having an item that doesn’t ship to my location in my cart). I contacted Mint and Lily by email for some help. Nina - from Customer Happiness - IMMEDIATELY responded to my email! She then spent a good deal of time helping me troubleshoot my way through my order placement. Friendly communication, clear instructions, and immediate response! 🙌🏻✨❤️ Mint and Lily have beautiful jewellery ✨, but what I think sets them apart and makes them TRULY sparkle ✨ is their customer service! Thanks, Nina! 🥰 Thanks, Mint and Lily! ❤️ I will definitely be purchasing again! ✨

I ordered 4 rings from Mint & Lily. The rings are described as suitable for every day wear and promise to not lose their finish and luster. After 4 days of wear the finish began to come off EVERY ring. I contacted customer service and they admitted that shouldn't happen and it was a defect during production. Initially, the customer service was responsive, but when I asked for a refund instead of credit for more poor product that was when the company became purposefully difficult in providing resolution. It started with being ghosted by them, until I used a different email address and left product reviews. Then began a process of over 3 weeks and more than 40 emails without a resolution. We finally reached a place where they would give me a refund for the non-personalized items and a credit for the personalized item. But then the returns page wouldn't work and I was blocked from submitting the return. I sent screenshots of the issue to customer service who then stated they would email me my return label. The return label never arrived despite them "attempting" to do so twice, while I was unable to get me return label I was able to receive 10 emails a day from them about new products and discounts. I am still emailing them daily trying to get a return label and hopefully my money back. Additionally, the Make-It-Right code they provided me with didn't work either so I still haven't received credit for the personalized item either. The company states it offers hassle free returns but the truth is far from it. They are purposefully difficult in their return policy because the company's preference is to flog off more defective product rather than return your funds. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone; the product is poor and fails to live up to its promises and the customer service is abysmal.

The company Authorized a 3rd re order without my consent. I was told I can’t get my money back for products I NEVER received!!!!! Total scam and I’m reporting to the BBB.

They are by far the best jewelry company I have bought from. Not only do they have amazing products that are stylish, but their employees are extremely helpful and responsive to your inquiries. They are always wanting to make it right for the customer and always go the mile to ensure that. I would recommend this brand to everyone and anyone.
