I previously had T-Mobile internet for many years and made the mistake of switching to Mint Mobile’s “Minternet”. They are not the same. I absolutely hate it. If you want an internet that moves at a snails pace (when it works at all), this may be a good fit for you. However, if you intend to use your internet to work remotely a day or two each week, stream tv shows and have Zoom meetings, prepare for disappointment. When speaking with “customer service”, they will do nothing but say they will pass your comments along and it’s likely just a regional problem. A regional problem for 6 months? Get real. I paid for a year in advance because I thought I’d be getting an experience similar to T-Mobile. Never again. I’m so disgusted by the poor quality across the board I won’t even be returning to T-Mobile. I’d much rather pay more for reliable service and not this Stone Age technology that doesn’t work.
