I am now on day 3 of getting my esim transferred over to my new phone. First day said they would call me back that my account was updating the lady on the phone said I would get a call within the hour I waited 6hrs for a call back which I never got all I got was a text saying issue resolved. Next morning I try the QR code like the lady over the phone told me to and guess what still isint working. I message this time because I’m at work using the WiFi and told I need a new QR code I get sent 3 emails of them. Then I come home scan the qr card and it finally starts to work or so I thought. My old phone was still active new phone had everything except service. I call again to be told oh my account is updating and someone from the other side will call me with in the hour guess what no phone call no text I have been waiting for some kind of update since 3pm it is now 11pm and nothing. You close at 8pm but why can’t I ever get a call back or text or even get this issue fixed asap? Now I’m going to work once again tomorrow with my broken phone which doesn’t work half the time wasted all my time for 3 days trying to get this figured out to get the run around. My account updating what ever that means, then for my sim to not fully transfer. Then I see I get 5 free sims per year guess that just blew them out of the water. I never had issue with this company before and sure 1 day I have you guys that but now 3 and NO communication is really having me think about leaving this company. The quick response to issues I have no control is lacking and the follow thru is terrible. I get told the call back could be 4hrs ok I waited long enough I work at 6am so me waiting until 8pm my time to still get no call back is not ok it’s wasting my time. I’ll guess I have to call once again tomorrow and see where my status is at now L2-488668 ticket number I was given in case anyone from this company reads the reviews.
