Hard to believe that I'm going into my third month without the MINT service I've already paid for! Six months into my one year contract, my phone went down and I lost my service! Three months and dozens of calls to MINT later I still haven't had my service "reconnected!" They have verified my account, me and every subsequent phone I've put a new SIM in. But nothing has worked! Now I have tried buying a whole new MINT plan and SIM to see if that works? This cost an additional $45 to the $360 (full year) I have already paid! And MINT, don't ask me to call your Help line again! I have already called 30+times! And nothing has worked! P.S. MINT is NOT a phone company, therefore they have NO service centers! And their heavily accented support staff are 6,000 miles away! You have absolutely NO customer support with MINT!
