I am dissatisfied with my investment experience. For instance, I invested in bonds, which concluded three months ago, yet it still indicates that my funds are in transit. I have 8000 euros stuck, not generating any returns, as it seems someone is just holding my money. When I attempted to contact the support team, my email bounced back, stating that the address does not exist. This is supposed to be an official email provided by the company. I have been with them for eight years, but I have been feeling increasingly uneasy about the service in the past year. What is going wrong?

What's going on?
The only reason I’m not giving it a full five stars is due to delayed loans, mostly tied to the Russian and Ukrainian markets. The app is frequently updated, and there’s a wide range of bonds to invest in, both directly and through automated strategies. ETFs and real estate options are also available. Overall, it's a user-friendly, free, and easy way to invest.
I had a very disappointing experience with this company. Their decisions and management significantly harmed my business, damaging our financial standing and erasing much of the equity we had built. Communication was inconsistent, expectations were unclear, and key responsibilities were neglected, impacting our operations. Despite numerous attempts to resolve these issues, we never received the professional support or accountability we needed. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company to anyone seeking a trustworthy partnership.
Orders are executed swiftly, and there's good visibility of my individual portfolio. Improvements needed: the scheduled interest dates have disappeared since the last platform update, which was two months ago. For bond-backed securities, the information regarding the next payment amount has also been removed, and I don’t understand why. I hope to analyze the possibility of reinstating this feature. Thank you.
