The sales team will mis sell the service in order to get your business. They provided us all of the reassurance we needed to move away fromPeoplevox and onto Mintsoft. The failings of the Intergrations became apparent quickly the Mintsoft to Brightpearl API they had was over 5 years old we found we had stock duplications and a host of other issues.We raised these issues with Mintsoft and have since been in a limbo waiting for a solution which is consistent with other reviews. Our business is almost inoperable currently. And we have no expected date for a fix. We have even contacted support that we will pay our own developer to make an API and still are no further.I would seriously question choosing Mintsoft as a WMS solution due to the complete lack of technical support and developers to fix key issues.
