We have used Mintsoft software as a warehouse client for 10 years and would have given 5-stars if we did not have this huge problem. We sought out a warehouse using Mintsoft for our second business. However, we have encountered issues with this second connection. The Magento API is not up to date - by a lot. In fact the latest Mintsoft-developed Magento API has an endpoint from pre-2020 which pre-dates Magento multi-site and multi-source functionality. After a lot of trouble my own developers discovered that the reason all the stock at the second warehouse in the shared catalogue was syncing to the stock source of our first business was because Mintsoft had not used the MSI compatible endpoint to sync stock sources from each warehouse to the correct website on the Magento multi-site installation. As a result, we have had to switch off the warehouse stock sync from the second warehouse - can you imagine working like this? It is now 18 months since I first raised this issue and it is still not fixed. The ticket was put right in front of LG at Access Mintsoft. Such an easy fix for an error that should not have happened in the first place. Sorry guys, needs to be said.
