We’ve been using mintsoft for the past year and as a 3PL, it’s been a fantastic tool for ourselves and our customers. We’ve been able to dispatch faster and our customers have had the data they require and the tools they need to access what they want when they want. As with any IT system, it isn’t perfect, but the team are continuing to improve and evolve as additional requirements are needed.
