Addition to review 9/12/2025Response to Mintsoft. We were advised on intial setup that Mintsoft Synched B&Q stock, it actually doesn't. This was one of our main decisions on selecting Mintsoft in the first Instance. We made multiple requests over the phone with your agents and emailed specific members at Mintsoft with no reply. I will not mention personal names with this being a public forum but those members will know who they are.In addition we requested to cancel our countract 4/12/2025. We received no response to this email. We followed this email up the following day 5/12/2025 and received no response. We then left a review on Trustpilot 6/12/2025 and miraculously received a call from the retentions team on 8/12/2025. We did not recieve confirmation of our cancellation and were only contacted by the retentions team to attempt to prevent us from cancelling.We then had to request a response from the agent in writing to confirm acceptance of our cancellation. Mintsoft will not cancel our contract, even though we have received miss information on suitability of it for our business and also extremely poor support & service throughout. I would advise anyone considering Mintsoft for their business to think twice and to consider other options.I would not recommend Mintsoft to any business. Received really poor service from the point of which we signed an initial contract. Requested multiple call backs for support and never receive them. Cancel request has been sent and yet again no response. Avoid this business if you want to grow your business, these will slow your business growth down with their lack or service & support.
