Phoned for shower repair and service engineer arrived the next morning. Very nice and professional but was unable to remove cartridge and stated there would be a charge. I called a local plumber who arrived the next day and removed the cartridge almost immediately.
I called Mira and spoke to a very understanding and helpful Alina who discussed it with management who agreed to refund the charge made.
Excellent customer service. It’s good to see honourable business practices and pleasant people still exist
