Sebastian called ahead of visit. He attended when he was booked to. He was polite and put shoe protectors on. He explains what he is doing. He replaced parts and fixed the problem. We now have hot water from our shower once more ! He also explained how to set up the APP which we had not done before. Everything covered under warranty. Great !
