It's an excellent Mira Sport 10.8 shower - but it suddenly went cold. Still under guarantee but Mira's earliest appointment was 10 days away and they said there was no way they could send anyone sooner. So I contacted the firm that had installed it. They were round 3 hours later - replaced the thermostat in 15 mins and had it working perfectly. They said that particular model had a history of defective thermostats. I think Mira could have provided better customer service by outsourcing the job to a local firm given that their own repair team can't cope with the demand.
