I really think a zero-star option should exist for review sites. This service would surely qualify. I ordered a product that was just fine, but the shipping company they used was terrible, claiming I was out when I was at home all day. Then, I started receiving daily advertisements from the company. Despite clicking on the option to opt-out, they kept coming. There was no unsubscribe link, so I sought help on their website. I chose phone support, only to hear a message saying the line was inactive and to download their app. I then tried chat support, explaining in English that I wanted to stop the ads. I was given a complicated six-step guide to unsubscribe, but when I reached step five to enter my email, there was no field to do so. After 35 minutes of getting nowhere, I asked chat support to unsubscribe me, but they said they couldn't due to legal reasons. They don’t even have a headquarters in my country, only one abroad. For your own peace of mind, even if you have to pay more elsewhere, I strongly advise against using this service. You've been warned!
