We purchased a smartphone recently and it started having issues shortly after. Now, when I attempt to reach out for support, I'm unable to connect, and the manufacturer informed me they do not assist with this seller's products. Very disappointing.
I think it’s time for a zero-star option on review platforms. My experience with this service has been disappointing. I purchased an acceptable product, but the shipping service was terrible, claiming I wasn’t home when I was present all day. Then, I started receiving daily advertisements despite my attempts to opt-out. Without an unsubscribe link, I sought help on their website. I opted for phone support but received a message saying the line was inactive and to download their app. I tried chat support, explaining that I wanted to stop the ads. I was given a complicated six-step guide to unsubscribe, but I couldn’t complete step five as there was no field to enter my email. After 35 minutes of frustration, I asked chat support to unsubscribe me, but they claimed they couldn’t due to legal reasons. I found it concerning that they lack a headquarters in my country and only have an address abroad. For your peace of mind, even if you have to spend more, I strongly advise against using this service. Consider yourself warned!

I ordered two items on 28th Nov. By 1st December, nothing had happened, so I cancelled one item. The cancellation was processed correctly, and I eventually received a refund. However, by 3rd December, still nothing, and when I tried to cancel the remaining order, it said it had been shipped. This was not true; the item had a shipping number but hadn’t been picked up by the courier. This situation has persisted for five days now. It feels misleading and unprofessional. Cancelling is impossible due to the 'shipped' status, so support needs to be contacted to exercise my rights. It’s disappointing when companies mislead you like this. It may seem cheap initially, but it’s better to spend more and buy from reputable companies. Never again. Update: After reaching out to customer support, I managed to cancel the order easily through chat support. I believe much of this issue lies with the third-party seller.
I ordered a shaver for about 20, but today I received an order confirmation for 129.99. I tried calling to stop the order, used chat, and even downloaded their app, but received no response. I will inform my credit card company that they are fraudulent. BEWARE!
On 22nd November, I ordered an item with an estimated delivery date of 1st December, but it hasn't even been dispatched yet. I get no response when trying to contact the seller, and customer service has been unhelpful. I understand why they have such poor reviews! Meanwhile, I’m inundated with promotional emails, which I ignore as I won’t order anything else until I see they can deliver my original order. Right now, I have no confidence in this service, and there will likely be a delay at best!
Stay away; they are not complying with European or local laws. If you have the time and resources to deal with lawyers for your rights, go ahead. In my case, they refused to refund a perfectly returned product within 14 days. The law states you can return a product within 14 days even if opened. The item was unused but defective. Their supervisor was unhelpful and kept insisting their policy was more important than the law. Additionally, the seller returned the item to an old address without my consent, leading to a lost item and no accountability. They provide irrelevant answers in chat and avoid my questions. Customer service is ineffective, often ending chats quickly. They stated they can’t do anything because the seller is not them, meaning no customer protection. This cycle continues until you give up. In Spain and likely elsewhere, legal assistance is not accessible for most people. IT’S NOT WORTH BUYING FROM THESE WEBSITES!
Despite their website stating you can return products, they do not allow it. They claim to be a local company, but orders come straight from abroad. I am still trying to return a cheap clock I bought, and they won’t let me. I plan to file a complaint with the relevant authorities.
