I ordered two items on 28th Nov. By 1st December, nothing had happened, so I cancelled one item. The cancellation was processed correctly, and I eventually received a refund. However, by 3rd December, still nothing, and when I tried to cancel the remaining order, it said it had been shipped. This was not true; the item had a shipping number but hadn’t been picked up by the courier. This situation has persisted for five days now. It feels misleading and unprofessional. Cancelling is impossible due to the 'shipped' status, so support needs to be contacted to exercise my rights. It’s disappointing when companies mislead you like this. It may seem cheap initially, but it’s better to spend more and buy from reputable companies. Never again. Update: After reaching out to customer support, I managed to cancel the order easily through chat support. I believe much of this issue lies with the third-party seller.
