Miro is by far the most fraudulent, unethical company I’ve ever dealt with. I deleted my account because I no longer wanted to use their service, yet they had the audacity to charge my card for a subscription renewal AFTER my account was gone.How is it even legal to charge someone for a service they can’t access because the account no longer exists? It’s blatant theft. They took my money without consent and are now dragging their feet instead of issuing a refund.Their business practices are shady, their customer support is a joke, and their platform is NOT worth the headache. There are plenty of better tools out there from companies that won’t steal your money.Save yourself the frustration, time, and money – don’t trust Miro. This is the kind of company that will take your money even after you’ve explicitly cut ties with them. Disgraceful and predatory.
