I have waited up until now to write a review as I was giving them time time to resolve my issue and reply to my emails
I put an order in on 05/12/25 M016083168.
The quality of the kurta suits I received were really poor so I did a feedback which they replied to very quickly asking me to send photos which I did on 3 requests and since then it has all gone very quiet and no communication.
One of the suit was £153.00 and suppose to be silk - the material was nothing like silk more viscose.
The other suit was soft cotton which was really rough stiff cotton.
On this particular the offer was 100% cash back which I was very dubious about but rightly so there is a 100% cashback in my wallet.
The condition of this offer is you can only use 25% at any one transaction so out of curiosity i decided to put an order together but no wallett amount is being deducted or can find any option to do so.
This is my second review on trustpilot for this company last they replied by WhatsApp kept asking me to take review down without resolving my issue.
This time also plenty of time was given before submitting this negative review.
