Mirror arrived this morning and it's absolutely beautiful and unlike anything else I saw online (deep frame which can be used as a shelf). Packaged really well so it arrived perfectly intact, and came complete with rings on the back for fixing to the wall which I wasn't sure if I'd have to do myself. Delivery took a while due to Christmas, bad weather, a company change in courier and of course the products being handcrafted by a very small team but when I contacted the company by online chat they called me within minutes and were very friendly and understanding despite my panicked message when I realised I hadn't heard anything from the courier for a while.Would 100% order again.
