Terrible experience from start to finish! I requested to cancel an order, which they did, but when I asked for a refund, they failed to process it despite canceling the order. I waited several days as instructed, and only after mentioning it to my payment provider did they finally process the refund. I repeatedly asked if the refund was completed, and was told to wait for an email. I’m frustrated with having to do their work for them. Avoid this service at all costs. Never again.
