I stumbled upon this service while searching for lenses suitable for my astigmatism for a Halloween event in 2024. I placed my order and received the lenses after Halloween, around early November, despite ordering them in September. I accepted the delay. However, in 2025, I ordered another pair on August 13, expecting them in time for Halloween, but here I am on January 13 with nothing. I reached out to them in October, November, and December, but received no satisfactory response. No refund has been issued, making this a complete waste of time and effort.
