On September 9, I checked their website for production and shipping times and even emailed customer service for advice regarding a colored contact lens I needed for an event on October 28. They assured me I would have enough time if I ordered that day. I placed my order on September 10. The website stated that toric lenses would take 28–35 business days due to production, which I understood. Now, on day 48, I still have no shipping information, and the event is today! Their refund policy states I can request a refund within 30 days, but I've been asking since September 29, with no results. Please avoid this seller at all costs! Where can I report them?
