This is a scamI have an email thread going back for three months. They kept replying with emails that were vague and not specific on the date I am expected. Then I caught them out when they replied with an exact word for word copy of an email they wrote me four cycles back… it reads:—-We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this delay may have caused. Rest assured, we’ve already reached out to our manufacturing team to expedite the process for you. Unfortunately, due to the upcoming holidays, we've experienced an increase in orders, which has impacted our usual production times. However, we're doing everything we can to ensure your order is prioritized and processed as quickly as possible. Thank you so much for your understanding and patience during this time. —-I have since raised a dispute with my bank on the transaction and I hope to get my money bank. This is so bad that they are preying on individuals that need their contacts in a timely manner. I hope the authorities will do something about this site.
