I stumbled upon this service while searching for lenses for my Astigmatism for Halloween in 2024. I placed an order and received the lenses after Halloween, around early November, even though I ordered them in September. I understood that there would be a delay. In 2025, I ordered another set on August 13, expecting to have them by Halloween. Unfortunately, it is now January 13, and I still haven’t received them. I reached out to the support team in October, November, and December, but there was no satisfactory resolution. I haven't received a refund or my money back. This has been a waste of time and effort.
